To apply to Evelyn Hone College, please download and complete this application form. After filling in the application form you can send the application form to Evelyn Hone College or the centres indicated below with a K100 000 attached to it.

Currently the Application Forms are being sold at K100 000.00 for Full Time & K50 000.00 for Part-time courses.

The institution also sells application forms in the following centres during enrolment period.

1. Zambia Institute of Business Studies and Industrial Practice (ZIBSIP), Kitwe.
2. Northern Technical College, Ndola
3. Technical Vocation & Vocational Teachers’ College, Luanshya
4.  Livingstone Institute of Business Engineering Studies, Livingstone.
5. Broadway Basic School, Kabwe
6. Solwezi Trades Training Institute, Solweze
7. Choma Trades Training Institute, Choma
8. Mongu Trades Training Institute, Mongu.
9. Chipata Day Secondary School, Chipata.

Once forms are filled in, the applicant must attach the following to the application form:

1. Photocopy of National Registration Card/any other Identity Card
2. Photocopy of Statement of Results/certificates
3. Self addressed envelope with a postage stamp.

The application forms should be dropped at the center from the where they were purchased for dispatch to Evelyn Hone College.

After selection the college will write back to both the selected candidates and those who were not selected

At registration, students should present certified copies of their grade 12 results. They should be certified only by the Examination Council of Zambia.
