Human Resource Management Programme

In order for any organization to be successful in any kind of environment it requires the effective management of human resources. This applies to any type of organization public or private the availability of a well motivated work force depends on the capability of managers to manage the resource effectively, hence the need for the study, Human Resource Management. 

Human resource management is a course offered in order to equip students/managers with the ability to manage people.

Students who wish to study Human Resource Mangement can either do it on Full-time or Part-time basis.
