Media Studies Application Procedure

Media studies department has two sections namely Journalism and printing section

The department offers programs in journalism and print technology. We have the state of radio and TV studios. These are also available to the general public. The FM radio station covers Lusaka and managed by qualified and capable members of staff. The printing section has equipment for training and commercial.

The Media Studies offers two prgrammes on a termely basis. The following are the two course with their tuition fees and the entry requirements:

Termly Programmes

Entry Requirements for 1: School Leaver: A merit in English language & Credits in subjects which must include History and Geography.

Mature Entry: Three “O” Level credits which must include English Language & a certificate in a relevant field and or two years’ working experience.

Duration: Three (3) years

Entry Requirements for 2: School leaver: five(5) “O” Level credits including English language, Mathematics, and Science.
